Who What Wear at Target

We took a trip to our local Target to check out the new Who What Wear line. The verdict- these clothes are not meant for anyone above a size 4 with curves (shocker). The overall quality was not worth the price tag, many pieces were straight out of the 90's (not in a good way), but out of everything, we liked the blazer/cape and cigarette pant.
