We were approached by Becca Sutherland of Becca Sutherland Photography at the end of this summer about organizing a couple photo shoots that we would style. We, of course, agreed, and had to start thinking about who we would have be our models, where the shoots would take place, and of course, what they would all wear.
Amanda and I loved the idea of getting some local small business owners as our models, and then go from there. For our couples shoot, we asked Jill Zach, owner of Queen City Alterations, and her new hubby, Jim Walkowiak, to be our models. They agreed, and so we went to work. Our vision for the shoot was to take place in an urban setting, and to make them look polished and approachable. We had Jen Guizzotti of KaLu Salon do their hair, and Amanda and I put together looks for them which were appropriate for the setting. We also borrowed some accessories from Jess of Ziglets Creative to complete the looks! The photos turned out beautiful, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day!
